[rspec-users] Specs don't find modules when using the secure_actions or ssl_requirement plugin

even I try with full path

If I put the require 'secure_actions' in ApplicationController:

require 'secure_action'
class ApplicationController < ActionController::Base
...

the specs run fine,  but I think this is not the right approach -
modify the application in order to specs run
