Summary: False positives with should_not

Initial Comment:
The bug #13760 (False positives with "ob.should eql?(something)" and similar) was fixed on SVN revision #2532, but the symmetrical bug on should_not was not. This patch fixes the bug.

In other words, the patch makes

@target.should_not eql?("foo")

raise an exception.
