[rspec-devel] Trac instead of Rubyforge tracker?

rspec.org is taken. I think it's been so for a while. I've emailed the
guy to see if he's interested in letting it go.

As for tools, I've found trac to be a bit bloated. I'd like to look at
warehouse/lighthouse.
