Summary: Add a RSS on changes log in the public web site

Initial Comment:
As the public web site seems to not contain a blog or RSS feed, I have used the excellent tool page2rss.com to generate a RSS feed on the http://rspec.rubyforge.org/changes.html  page.

To receive updates for this page in RSS format copy-paste http://page2rss.com/page/rss?url=rspec.rubyforge.org/changes.html into your feed reader.

Maybe, this RSS link could be added in the web site?

On a sidenote, it would be great to be able see the site map of the documentation web site at the bottom of each page or in the header.

Apart from that, documentation content is great and style is quite cool, I am willing to contribute with more examples in the near future.
