Initial Comment:
It would work in a similar way to TextMateFormatter, except it would link to an RCov HTML report (at the right line). This would probably rely on an environment variable to get the relative path from the HTML to the RCov report.

Useful for bigger projects in a CI environment. Some of the linking code in TextMateFormatter should be factored back to HtmlFormatter.
