[rspec-devel] another name-fest: story runner and ???? runner

So now that we have a Story Runner (the framework formerly known as
rbehave), we need a name for the thing that rspec is w/o the Story
Runner. Two ideas that have come up are:

Behaviour Runner
Example Runner

The problem with both of these is that Story Runner is also about
Examples of Behaviour. We need a word that suggests something
different from Story Runner - something more granular, but avoiding
the ill-fated terms of 'testerday' (ouch - sorry) like "unit."

One thing that occurs to me is that we're not really talking about
Runners at all, but rather Frameworks - so we could have a Story
Framework and an Object Framework. Just a thought.

Another thing is that Story Runner is more customer facing and that
which is yet to be named (TWIYTBN - pronounced 'twit-bin') is more
developer facing - so maybe something like Customer Story Runner and
Developer TWIYTBN Runner.
