[rspec-devel] RSpec and JRuby spec failures

Hi, we've got RSpec running in our CI server, and there's a weird
cycle of 5 tests that fail and then don't fail:

Potential JRuby bugs aside, anything peculiar in RSpec or the specs
that might cause this to happen?  If not, we're probably just not
doing equality or hashing quite the same way as C Ruby or something
like that.

P.S.  Bonus points if anyone has suggestions (or patches even!) for
fixing any of the RSpec failures in JRuby -- we'd love to get RSpec to
100%!
