Summary: rails_dpec like functionality in RSpec.tmbundle

Initial Comment:
For Rails development, it would be great to be able to run specs via DRb, to connect to rails_spec_server.

I think the rails_spec script ought to be made a first-class RSpec core bin script: drbspec. Then it could be reused from commandline, editors/ides and other clients.

Fixed long ago. Just use the --drb in the TM RSPEC_OPTS settings
