Summary: --colour broken on windows

Initial Comment:
In r978 (trunk) the output for --colour is broken on windows. The summary is ok, but the dots are not. It looks like this:

←[32m.←[0m←[31mF←[0m←[32m.←[0m←[32m.←[0m←[32m.←[0m←[32m.←[0m←[32m.←[0m←[32m.←[0m←[32m.←[0m

I haven't looked in detail, but it seems it's only the IO.puts method that works with escape characters, not IO.write (which is used for the dots).

Message:
Fixed. Actually, it is only Kernel.write and Kernel.puts that work on Windows, so the code is now using that.
