Summary: Add moving progress bar to HtmlFormatter using Javascript

Initial Comment:
TDDMate (http://iamrice.org/articles/2006/02/25/edge-rails-and-tddmate) has a nifty feature to make a progress bar progress.

When this is loaded slowly (by the speed of test test execution) in the browser, the HTML and Javascript will come into the browser little by little. Very useful for RSpec.tmbundle.

It can be simulated by setting up a tiny WEBRick running specs (for manual testing)
