Well, it's a start at least.  I've only tried it with the stack_spec as a
proof-of-concept.  It didn't include the methods from
Spec::Runner::ExecutionContext.  Attached is one that does, and verifies any
mocks in the tear down of the test.  It now can run all the example specs.
