Message-ID: <20070516202017.8692e000.akimichi_tatsukawa@nifty.com> Hello, everyone at rhs-discussion list. My name is Akimichi Tatsukawa. As the name suggests, I am a native japanese speaker, and very interested in your project. My speciality is japanese(needless to say, though). I am also developing a small interpreter by Ruby, So, I am eager to know how ruby is implemented internally. And hopefully, I want to practice english composition at the same time. Therefore, I'd like to participate in the project as a translator from japanase to english. By the way, I have a few questions to ask. First, I wonder if the project is still going on, or it is suspended? Secondly, if the project is alive, is there any room for my part? Thanks in advance. -- Regards, Aki -------------------------------------------------------- Name: ???? I am a English only speaker, and have been translating via Machine Translation and augmented by understanding the code. A small group had started a translation and then became inactive. Their work has been incorporated into my version (This is the reason it is now the IRHG!). Your help IS Needed. My method of translation is very slow -- But is does give me a understanding of the code. Further I would like to finish this project before Ruby 2.0 Changes Everything. You can reach me at "ceo at hawthorne_press.com". Please note that I am not a book publisher, Hawthorne Press is my company. It used to publish software, and now it is simply a vehicle for my consulting work. Again your help would be very helpful. I hope to hear from you soon! Charles E. I have added a number of new ones and I have been inconsistent. The latest images are in the download section at www.hawthorne-press.com The file you want is "Release_Integrated_RHG_Feb_02_27_2007" The files IRHG_3_24.tgz and IRHG_3_27 only contain the text files! Let me know what you think. I will continue to build images as I work through a chapter. Then if you can help clean up the images so they have consistent style would greatly improve the result. You can take your time, as for me it is going slowly. THANK YOU for your Help. I have also gotten support from some Japanese Speakers to help with the translation. so I hope things will go a little faster.
