Hi Chris,
first of all welcome aboard! I'm sure your jouzu-ness in japanese  
will be a big help for us, I'll feel free to ask you things :)

I think Meinrad missed it, but the Garbage Coll chapter is the fifth  
chapter and I'm translating it. It's long and I'm slow so it's not  
ready yet, but I'm working on it.:)
If I remember correctly and its ok for you I think its time to start  
with part number 2.
