Hello everyone,

I'd like to assist in translating the RHG. I speak English natively
and Japanese fluently (I spent two years living in Japan, one of which
I spent at university).

Which chapters are currently unassigned? I see 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 18 in
the repository, and I know of 5; are any others currently being worked
on? I'm thinking of grabbing the Thread chapter (19) if it's free.
