[Rant-cafe] LaTeX processing

I have just committed my LaTeX processing support to the Subversion
repository for Rant.

Myself and Graham Roberts have been using this stuff for a while now so
it is not totally broken :-)  But, of course, our use is focused, so it
is almost certain there are bugs.

If there are any LaTeX users out there please feel free to give this
stuff a go, and let me know any feedback, bug reports, etc.
