Hello fellow Rubyists!

My name is Joe Fair, and I'm a developer in Denver, Colorado.  I'd like to move back to the South, and North Carolina sounds like a great mix of jobs, culture, and weather.

I've mostly been a Java developer, but I've been using Ruby and Rails off and on for the last 5 years.  I was wondering if anyone would lend their experience in the research triangle area to orient me to the good places to work and the best places to avoid.
