Payments go through Pro Consultants, taxes are withheld, and expenses can be used to lower taxable income. They don't provide medical insurance, but do have a very flexible Medical Savings like plan. Another benefit is that they will do your tax returns if you've used them for enough of the year. The fees seem reasonable, and David has been extremely trustworthy and has gone out of his way to make an extra effort for me. I've copied him should you or anyone else want to contact him.
