Done in the latest CVS.  Thanks for the suggestion.

I've just recently started using a windows laptop and have found it 
rather sensitive to whether running in cygwin or not.  I plan to look at 
some Windows/Rake issues when I figure out the best installation 
options.  Any advice would be welcome.
