I also wonder if just doing an LD_PRELOAD would be alright or even
better since it could track more calls. Ideally it'd be an option in
the kernel (TCP_CORK_LIGHTLY?). Maybe having an LD_PRELOAD would be a
good proof-of-concept for a kernel patch...
