Dear devs,<br><br>I am considering making some Nitro::Server and Nitro::Dispatcher singletons. Plus try to remove extraneous refs to these classes from all over the place (I will probably only keep the refs from Context). For example I will remove Dispatcher#server. This will simplify the code plus give you easy access to the Dispatcher and Server from everywhere. (kind of like
