[Nitro] nitro build fails on OSX and Ubuntu with gem errors

Hi,

I don't know about that, but that error message:

>  ERROR: undefined local variable or method `ogmanager' for Post:Class

says the following:

`Og.start` did not get called or got interrupted and thus the Post class
did not get 'enchanted'.

The database configuration might be wrong or non-existant, `Og.start` call
might be non-existant.
