[Nitro] nitro build fails on OSX and Ubuntu with gem errors

Yeah, it seemed odd to me too. He said he looked round for darcs 
binaries but couldn't find them.

Having used both darcs and mercurial for a while now, I would still 
recommend mercurial. But if you have to choose between darcs and 
mercurial, you're already in a very happy place :)
