[Nitro] The basics

Hi all, long time no speak.

I'm writing another web app, and given that it's been a while since I  
last used Nitro I thought I'd take a look and see what was new.   
There seems to be a lot changed, but unfortunately I can't find any  
documentation :-)

Oxyliquit doesn't have anything in the way of tutorials that is less  
than a year old.  So:  is there a tutorial, and if so can someone  
point me to it?
