if you did not setup your own repository, then nitro's repo will be the
default, so you can omit the argumene.
And if you want to send patches via mail you can simply do

 darcs send --to=email 
or 
 darcs send 
and the recipient will be asked interactively. 

No need to create a bundle and then write the meial by yourself ;)
