[Nitro] Running examples from darcs repository

yes, I'm always using the repo version, even now for production stuff.
Getting Nitro to run is easy, provided you are willing to make small
changes to code (which is why it's the dev version :P ).

About your (second) error, this sadly had nothing to do with Nitro but
Facets having a messed up include.  (I had these some times already,
simply locating the file and fixing the path helps.)

But I heard Trans is putting out a new facets release soon, so that'll
be ok.  :)
