[Nitro] Validation specs

Moved spec-helper to spec/helper.rb

Added spec/validation.rb

Added validation_unique

validation_related isn't working yet, but there's a spec for how I
understand it to work.  It would probably help if someone took a look
to see if that's what validation_related is supposed to do.
