[Nitro] Spec splitting for spec/store

Attached is a bundle of spec updates.  There are 5 failures.  The
specs are an attempt at to translate the old tc_store.rb with
fidelity, while trying to produce a useful spec.  Exposing 5 failures
seems like a useful spec to me!
