[Nitro] blog example

Dear devs,

I just pushed the updated examples dir. Have a look at the blog example. I
plan to work a bit more on this, but it already demonstrates some nice
nitro/og practices. If you have any questions or suggestions regarding this
example, please let me know.

The next thing I plan to work on over the following days is the RELEASES doc
file where I will document the extensive changes of 0.50. I will also try to
have a look at the specs and help where I can.
