[Nitro] ATOM dump

Dear devs,

Nitro contains a utility that automatically converts objects and collections
to atom feeds. You can find the code at:

lib/raw/util/atom.rb

the problem is that this code does not always work. To be more specific,
sometimes it does not generate valid atom code. I think there must be a
problem with encoding of the content field or something. I would like to ask
someone on this list to have a look at this and possibly help with a patch
or fix.
