[Nitro] app.port isn't always read when something goes wrong during setup

Sorry, my mistake. I have defined an instance
application=Application.new followed by a application.start and used the
nitro helper nitro.start too.

I Hope you didn't lose too much time to find out what the problem could be.

Don't be too hard with me, the error was also in the example i sent to
you. I'm still learning nitro :)
