[Nitro] [ANN] Facets 1.8 (RC)

never mind,

i like the facets 1.8 annotation  very much. And I have almost converted
Nitro so lets stick with that. Even if you change the actual implementation,
please leave the ann(:target, :key) notation that Nitro now uses.
