[Nitro] FCGI + Apache2

This is what the dispatch.fcgi does basically:

NITRO_INVOKE=fcgi_proc ruby ./run.rb

And yes, this is the correct behaviour you're seeing there.  The fcgi
server Nitro is starting there reacts to stdin/stdout, so it can't show
you anything, it's busy listening for commands.  :P

So, it seems that the server is correctly starting (from commandline)
but doesn't answer Apache correctly.
The log/app.log really is empty?  It should at least be created, does
that happen?

Fcgi is fun sometimes. *sigh* :)
