[Nitro] STI relations patch

Attached, please find a bundle to add working relations between STI
child classes.  There's a spec called spec/sti_relations.rb included
that demonstrates it's purpose.  In essence, though, any relation
created in a subclass of an STI tree wouldn't resolve properly.
