What do you think of:

  Nitro::XhtmlHelper  => Nitro::Html::Helper
  Nitro::TableHelper   => Nitro::Html::TableHelper
  Nitro::FormHelper  => Nitro::Html::FormHelper

The distinction between xhtml vs. html is getting pretty moot these
days.
