[Nitro] Strange/dangerous behaviour on Lighttpd - please advice

Yes, I do. But:

1) It wasn't a problem when using *only* apache.

2) I still get the same behavior after moving all .xhtml files into 
src/template (lighttpd restarted too).

Any ideas?
