[Nitro] Small configuration change...

Dear devs,

I just upload some changes to my repo that slightly alter Nitro configuration.
More  specifically, now you can explicitly call Configuration.load to
setup your applciation. This allows more flexibility in organizing the
configuration files.

As an example I have attached some configuration files. If you have
any problems or suggestions, let me know...
