[Nitro] ratchets, parts and plugins

I think Nitro's parts are more alike  to Rails' engines (
http://rails-engines.org/) as they can bring up complete applications
(e.gthe Admin part, a Blog part, a Wiki part, ...)

The plugins fells more loke extensions to the existent applications. If you
have your own Og Mixin you could use and/or distribute this as a plugin.
