[Nitro] Wither list?

Hi ho all.

In one respect this is a test to verify or diagnose if the Nitro list is
currently working.  I have sent a couple of messages out and not seen them
delivered back.

While/if I have your attention, I've move the Nitro/Og programming document
I've been working on to a new URL:

Draft work on other unfinished documentation areas will continue in the
"rough notes" area.
