[Nitro] [PATCH] Nitro shouldn't rely on Glue being in Object's name space (fixes XML Builder name clash problems, etc).

I don't feel strongly about the default inclusion behaviour. I do feel
quite strongly that you should be able to disable it (which you can) and
Nitro shouldn't rely on it happening (which it currently does) so that
devs can set $GLUE_DONT_INCLUDE to true whilst using Nitro to use other
libraries without having to re-write them.
That patch shouldn't be applied as it is, I was not very careful making
it (it was automated with a bunch of find/sed/grep commands and checked
while doing darcs record) supposing I could fix problems that arose as
they did. It was more for a talking point/start for someone else to
clean up/aid to those in the same position as me.
