[Nitro] BUG: undefined method 'index' for nil:NilClass

Nitro was trying to find the index of a non-existent parameter in the 
query_string.

It occured when I tried to use scaffold for example.  It was pretty long 
to find because that part is evaled.

Follows the patch.
