[Nitro] Installing Trac

Hello,

Some patches get lost or ignored, some bugs are comming over and over,
new comers wonder what's happening here without getting answers right
away, the status of various nitro's parts are unknown.

We could avoid all that by installing a bug tracking software. So I made
a little research on the web and found that Trac supports Darcs as a
backend[1] with some modifications.

I wish we had something like that. What do you think ?
