[Nitro] Integration in the official repository.

Dear devs,

I integrated the patches in zimba's dir in the official repository
(repo.nitrohq.com). Over the next days, i will probably remove some
patches, and  change/improve some things. Moreover, I will add some
patches posted to this list, that didn't make it into Jonas repo.
