[Nitro] FastCGI is broken because of Og.thread_safe not having an Og.manager.store

Only what I've already said, I added two methods (Nitro.live? and
Nitro.fast_cgi?) to our local repo then put in my projects:
Og.thread_safe = not Nitro.fast_cgi?
Before doing Nitro.run as a work-around and didn't investigate it
further.
