  * Nitro::Action now import the controller's instance_vars unless a variable 
was already defined

Nitro::Action is a generalized action that is not in the form of a method like 
controller's actions. This allows more flexibility for some cases.

The new Nitro::Control uses this to build separate action that can be executed 
by other.
