Hmm....not bad. Actually, you can do:

  require 'facets'

  Facets.require 'time/stamp'

That was the go between method that #use called, and I left it in. So
I can easily add Facets.for in the same manner.

FYI, for those unsure why this is even considered, there are two
things that the regular require method can't do. It can't seach
superclasses for a core method if not found in the given class and it
can't substitute for punctuational method names.
