[Nitro] PATCH: Og, Tests

  * test_suite_cleanup
  Some moves, some deletes, one fix and a modification to a Rakefile to make
the filelist it generates match the rest.

  * dont_manage_already_managed_classes
  Modifies the ObjectSpace selection so that classes already managed aren't
selected.

  * sti_bugfix
  Fixes STI bug where tables where evolved (fields dropped!).
