[Nitro] [BUG] Can't create new member on nitroproject.org

I can't get registered. Entered email address, got confirmation email and
entered token, but get a page with only '(error)' after entering name and
password: 
http://www.nitroproject.org/users/create?e=ric%40zarac.com&t=NI2bNK5BD%2F2KQ
