It has to work without nitro command, just with ruby run.rb, because  
it's not always applicable to put the nitro command (nitro/bin/nitro)  
into $PATH, for example us developers who have multiple repos laying  
around..

For many it'll stay the preferred option to start Nitro apps via ruby  
run.rb, so it's options should work.
