[Nitro] [ANN] RDOG

hi people!

finally, RDOG has got a place to reside, although the address will 
change in the future to something more fancy :)

one can find it at http://jrcgroup.com:4567/

the main-purpose of it is spreading nitro-documentation, at least for 
the moment.
Everyone can edit the wiki - there is only the standard-spark locking 
with admin-password, but i don't intend to use it right now - it is 
still quite unknown i guess :)

However, i have got almost very little time to manage it, so i would be 
glad to hand this over to the people who said they would like doing some 
documentation...
give me a sign if you are interested in participating in the svn and/or 
improving the wiki so i can introduce you - or just start doing it :)
