[Nitro] Nitro doc project once again

Hi all!

I know I've been awfully quit lately, but university and Gentoo keep me
pretty busy. Anyway, I was thinking to get some attention to my proposed
Nitro Documentation Project again, so I've started by creating a Wiki
page on nitrohq.com:

It's just some random notes because I'm currently a little tired, feel
